2 bedroom 1 bath stylish centrally located private living space below main house. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The living room has a 55” smart TV with a comfortable sectional couch. The unit has a private entrance with a mud room to store all your toys. Huge private covered deck with outdoor seating, dining table, bbq and hot tub. Overlooking the beautiful landscape.
The space
Private 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Perfect for a couple. The location is walking distance to Heavenly California base lodge.
Guest access
Guests have a private locked mudroom to store all your winter and summer gear. Also enjoy a private furnished deck that is adjacent to the unit.
Other things to note
We live above the rental, however it’s very private with a separate entrance.
You will need a four wheel drive during the winter months. The house is located on a steep road.
We also operate a fishing charter business and a snowmobile tracks and tubing hills. Let them know you’re in our rental and you’ll get a special deal.
